Simple tips to look beautifully natural

Most contemporary women cannot go a day without make-up. Who can blame them? With the pressures of work, family while looking good, women like to carry round the bags of make-up everywhere they go to look fresh and beautiful, so much so that they have forgotten how to stay beautiful WITHOUT make-up.

Ironically, staying beautiful the natural way is easier than most think but one thing is required to carry it through:

Confidence – feeling beautiful should firstly come from your own conviction. It is hard to be completely satisfied with yourself when there is no confidence. In that case no amount of make-up and tips will keep you looking and feeling beautiful enough.

The best way to look radiant is to start treating the skin from the inside. It is quite understandable that people who have demanding jobs may not be able to sleep a full 5-8 hours.

However it is important that you get enough rest, enough times in the week. It will give you a stress free face and it will help you stay fresh always.

This probably the second place of the body that picks up dirt more than other parts of the body. It is made even worse with the constant application of make-up. It is important to wash the face at least twice daily.

The eyebrows must be kept tidy always. It stops the face from looking busy and unkempt. Whether you like to pluck or tweeze them the eyebrow must be kept in place.

it is good to pick a hairstyle that suits your face and wear it often. For one thing, it leaves an imprint of your natural look in the minds of everyone who knows you.

Smile often! It is amazing how a genuine smile makes you light up a room. it makes you appear warm to others and draws others to you.

Proudly African

I most times get excited when i see Africans especially celebrities and public figures pride theirselves in African prints and designs when they step out of the shores of their countries. I say celebrities and public figures because they are more exposed to media and public attention. They represent us wherever they go and people pay more attention to the kind of clothes they wear. Impressively, Ghanaian celebrities are doing well lately by wearing african inspired designs or fabrics when they attend events abroad. Jackie Appiah did well with her African Dress at the premiere of "Death after Birth" in Itally.
